Youth Baseball Clinics to support the Bethlehem High School Baseball Team

The BCHS Baseball team and Coach Helm will be conducting clinics for youth
in grades 2-7. A skills clinic will be conducted for youth participating at
Tri-Village Little League, February 27th through March 1st (Mon thru Thu) for a fee of $50.

All participants will receive a Bethlehem Baseball T-Shirt.

NEW PLAYERS

Must fill out the 2012 Spring Registration form by clicking
on the Handouts/Forms tab

Parents of new players must provide the following documents in addition

to the registration form for this season's registration:

*Birth Certificate (or clearly a legible copy of it)*
Between the ages of May 1 1999 and April 30th 2007

* 3 Items for Proof of Residency within(TVLL) BCSD Boundaries. Select one item from each of the following categories
(i.e.do not bring/send 3 different utility bills)

*Drivers License

*Utility Bill
*School Records
*Voter Registration card
*vehicle records
*Insurance documents
*Internet, Cable, Satellite Bill
*Medical Records
*Local,State, or Federal Records (i.e. tax bill)
*Financial Records

No Player will be allowed to participate in the regular season(Spring 2012) games
until all required documents are on file at TVLL
Please be sure to send the necessary documentation
so that your registration process will not be delayed
For multi-player families, only one set of 3 proofs of residency is required; a birth certificate is required for each child.
